FM25Q08A can program 1 to 256 bytes at once using the Page Program instruction. Its design allows for single sector/block or full chip erase operations at once.
FM25Q08A can be configured to protect some memory in software protected mode. The device can maintain a programming/erasing cycle of at least 100K on each sector or block
